Beer Game

THE RULES

NUMBER OF PLAYERS

Up to four people, each assumes the role of a company (with fewer than four players, ghost players take the vacant roles).

THE COMPANIES

Each company is the supplier or customer of the other company. Multiple games can be played at the same time and teams can compete against one another.

THE OBJECT OF THE GAME

To minimize the total cost for everyone in the supply chain by maintaining low stocks but managing to deliver all orders.

DO NOT try to reduce your costs at the expense of the other players. Reducing the total cost is the ultimate goal.

THE RESULTS

The results are shown in charts (line or pie) and tables when the game is over.

You can export the game results to a text editor and save it as .csv file and import it into Microsoft Excel for further processing.
